Pride Radio was first aired in May 2006, as a monthly radio show for gay men & women on a small radio station. 6 months later Pride Radio became a syndicated radio show and in August 2007 Pride Radio became the Danish leading LGBT radio show, syndicated to radio stations all over the country.
During Copenhagen Pride Week, Pride Radio Denmark produces a series of daily PrideCasts ( podcasts ) .

The show

Interviews with artists within the LGBT community ( OUT artists ) or artist who support the LGBT community/cause. Politicians and non-profit organisations are often invited to give comments on the show, to current affairs. An invitation that is very much used. That way several results have been produced. Pride Radio is by & for the LGBT community, therefore 85% of the music used on the show must be by OUT artists.

PrideRadio.dk

In Februrary 2007 the PrideRadio.dk site was established. The need for an actual web-site with news, articles, debate and lifestyle came to life. PrideRadio.dk brings daily national & international LGBT news.
In 2008 PrideRadio.dk became the most read Danish LGBT newssite, with more than 4.68 mio pageviews. Apx 40% more than closest competitor
